Again! And again! Again!And again! Again! And again! And again! Again!And again! Again!
Today is the last day for this week! Kalau aku boleh lompat bintang sambil kent*t dan memberi senyuman manis, dah lama aku nak buat di sini. Hehehe. Weekend nie aku lepaksking rumah ja kot. InsyaALLAH ada aktivitas INSEP. Dah lama tak ketemu rerakan sekalian! Tapi aku bakal ketemu Cik Ido ini petang. Yeaaahaa!! Angan-angan aku nak tengok Twilight New Moon bersamanya. She already give me greenlight pun. Big Cinema Kulim. Yueeehueeww!!

Since aku ada problem with BAD Cholesterol, here I wanna to share so tips to control our BAD Cholesterol which is I'm still not implemented it yet[Some of it]. Hehehe.

1. Take control of your health. Know your cholesterol numbers—Be an active partner with your healthcare professional in getting and keeping them in control.

2. Take control of your grocery shopping. Read food labels—Choose foods low in saturated fat and cholesterol.

3. Take control of portion sizes. Learn what one serving or portion looks like.

4. Take control of your weight. Aim for a healthy weight.

5. Take control of your refrigerator. Stock it with fresh fruits, vegetables, and low-fat or fat-free dairy foods.

6. Take control of your activity level. Do moderate physical activity—like brisk walking—for at least 30 minutes on most, and preferably all, days of the week. No time? Do 3, 10-minute segments on as many days as you can.
